I made an offer to buy it and put up $$ for tourneys and both ideas have been firmly shit down. I wanted to run the GC's at 50$ for each verse and 500$ winner with a second place receiving 300$

No interest in the idea.

So I offered to buy the place for a profitable amount. No interest in that either.
