I didn't realize it's all deleted now, but in ACs Academy we picked up 8 to 14 newish members and gave them challenges each week. It would start off simple like "Here's what a multi is, now do some multis" and end up as full battles weeks later. I'd bring in guests from ACs like Manny or Aggo to give a lesson that week, and I'd get the guys in the crew to rate them. Few fairly known guys like Dysfunctional and EXECUTE were in it. I believe season 1 was won by Brutal J and season 2 was won by Theodore Grizzly.

That sounds DOPE and exactly what a crew should be used for, any chance of bringing it back or being a mentor to these new dudes?
