Hip hop is based in black culture. Therefore overall it’s black music. Other races had a hand in its rise and innovation. But it’s black culture regardless. Rap was made by black people but expanded upon by everyone. Enjoy it, create it, who cares what color you are, welcome to hip hop *group hug*.
