This is ALL THE WAY WRONG. So 1 mod is gonna do everything? This is just ridiculous. 2-3 mods is fair especially if LB wants to consider growing. If you bring in more people let's say 30 more active heads join, will RULE mod all 50-60 active guys by himself?

Let me drop some knowledge on you dudes before I dip out. When running a site you must think about the future, not just the now. Fair Voters Club sucks period.. like it sucks badly especially when most dudes who are not even in it has a voting thread. Why because they have a teal name with a title that makes them a fair voter? Ffs who even came up with the FVC? It's a piece of shit and it confuses people. Making them think a vote with 3 VP is worth more than the standard vote. I'm not FVC and I'm one of the fairest voters when I actually do vote.

Back to the modding. It's funny how everyone's opinions change within like a month when yall was gunning to make people mods now you're here trying to put all the pressure on 1 guy meaning 1 guy would be making majority decisions.

It's simple if someone is inactive and not modding find someone new. Treat it as if it WAS a business. You dont fire someone and say "welp.. we got 1 worker that's all we need". No you look for that person's replacement. There has to be a rhythm/method if you're going to run a business. And yes this is a fucking business. Premium memberships just posted today.
