I have no idea what that definition of a broken multi is supposed to mean.
A couple of well known guys get it wrong just from misunderstanding votes they've received, but the original definition is multis where the syllable count is incorrect. Many have somehow adopted this to the definition of a forced multi, which is simply when your multi is shit cause you're bad at rhyming.
