I believe clout is a contributing factor to how many plays you get. There's only a 2.5% chance of like 3% of Lets Beef's population actually going out of their way to listen to Lets Beef tracks on a regularly basis without being asked to. My last track only has those ratings/comments because I asked them to rate/comment.
