The 2nd screenshot shows a permabanned account and not one that was deleted by the user himself. No one had the option to delete their own account until May 2018 which is the time where the GDPR was introduced. BTW, rain matrix 2018 was an account created in 2017, before the option to delete was available. From then till the time Punk deleted his account, there was no other instance where an account was deleted by the user and the titles being reinstated (unless my memory's shit and you are willing to provide an example). So yes, if it makes you satisfied, Punk was the first victim of a rule that was decided to be enforced to combat this 'never before seen phenomenon' if it happens in the future.

Kinda strange though how you pull all these random accounts with titles that should not be there yet fail to point out how a staff member has forfeited 2 titles because of this account deletion shit.
