It was actually disallowed on Lb years ago to do permaban battles. The current mods are too new to even know.

That was before they made it possible for people to delete their own account. Now because of whatever legality reasons how can you tell someone they cant do an account deletion battle? I understand why you dont want people deleting their accounts, but threatening to ban them? You cant do that.
