M-Rock
ALL-BORO
stricc
Phil Banks
Seul
Erupt
YC
Babylon
Real Talk
Illimit
ELOH_STACKZ (Underrated audio head, look him up)

These are all guys who not only have delivery down, but have bars to match it that would stack up to just about anyone, so I obviously left out guys who A) Weren't as strong delivery-wise or B) Don't have bars on the level of these guys.

Also, these names are in no particular order.
