Default Site Update

I was in a conference call with X and Pugz earlier today discussing the future of the site, and I just wanted to give you guys an idea of what's going on. A lot of time and money has been invested towards developing a modernized mobile friendly version of LB. Right now, the front end development is basically complete, and what's left is to tie LB's code into the interface. That's a lot of work for several reasons.
The main reason is vBulletin itself. vBulletin is the forum software we use and it is outdated. There are newer versions of vBulletin available, but the decision to migrate to a newer version is not that simple to make. A lot of plug-ins which we have come to rely on to provide the current LB experience simply either don't exist or don't have an equivalent in the newer versions. So if we simply just migrated, we stand to lose some features. This doesn't necessarily mean we won't have the same features in the new site. It just means that we would have to code them from scratch (which takes longer) rather than simply installing an available plug-in.

One of the things that we also discussed is the ranking system. When we launch the new site, would you guys rather we reset the all-time rankings and start over using ELO, or would you rather keep the rankings as they are right now? Please vote on the poll.
