I can confirm that the questions and answers are simply recorded clips as I've personally seen the very .mp3 files for them and listened to some of them before they've even been compiled and released out to the public.

Considering that Sound Cloud is strictly audio except for the artwork that covers the track I would have to say probably no. We could just type up a script and leave it within the description of the podcast. Personally I have a hard time understanding people with an accent sometimes so there were a few parts where I had to replay what EtH was saying.
