No to all of the above. This topic has already been discussed and only a handful of people want these tourneys back. The turn outs in the past when things were much more active say it all. You had people no showing left and right in the topical tourney where you had to buy people exclusive just to get some votes on your battle with 2FUEL lol. We haven't had enough rookies in years to validate a ROTY tourney and one bar just isn't worth a secondary title.
