I want us to establish a social media presence as much as anyone else. I could argue that I've probably done more to promote LB on social media platforms than any other member ever, but I don't want to "pretend" I've done so much for the site.
Its true that one can promote the site so much more from the site's social media account than on their own. My suggestion to Eth that he doesn't have to have access to LB accounts in order to promote LB on social media was simply to point out the fact that someone who truly wants to help can do so no matter what capacity or access they are given. I started a YouTube channel on behalf of LB before I was given access to any of LB's accounts. I'm not convinced Eth is someone who truly wants to help or who just wants to complain.
I'm not a site owner, and everything I do on behalf of the site is totally voluntary just like any other mod.
If anyone wants to help on our social media platforms and you have experience on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc, let me know and I will do my best to try to get you access. It won't be up to me but rather up to the site owners. This is what I tried to do for Eth years ago and it wasn't up to me that they rejected giving him access. Considering he was constantly antagonizing them in the forums, I don't blame them.
But bottom line is if anyone truly wants to help, let me know and I'll try to make it happen.
