So, your blocking him based on his voting preferences?

Just because he prioritizes different facets of rap doesn't make him a bad voter. Nor does his inflation of skill level(being new, what seems less skillful to you may seem more so to him. Or, he may be judging skill based on the perception of his own skill level.) This is true for anyone.

Aside from those factors, his vote was explained concisely enough to be understood by other voters. And he provided rationale for his decision. Flawed as you may think it is.

Voting is subjective, man. So, the above is all you can really ask for from a voter.
