Yeah but it's up to each of the members if they want lower votes, not an imposed (official or un-official) "rule" and that's the difference.

I'd rather people figured that out for themselves rather then us forcing people to kick people out (when 99% of them are inactive anyways).

Have a crew draft and whoever wants to participate cool but it shouldn't change anything anyone else is doing crew-wise.
