Honestly, I don't get it. It's like Pulse's twitter schemes.

I had about 5-10k followers on Twitter by sharing certain things, following the right bots and stuff. I got about 10 clicks on an article for it. It offered me nothing, because it's not a targeted audience.

300 views from people who are actually into the shit, and genuinely wanting to hear your music > 10000 views from FV VB folks.
