We don't want to hand out a bunch of rather meaningless titles where very few people participate in the tourneys due to no shows and what not. Titles should be prestigious and mean something. These tourneys all had the highest voting numbers. Topical and Concept didn't make the cut. Also, the point of the scheme tourneys being back to back is to keep the alternating text / audio pattern going
