There is no condition in the question as far is what the circumstances of the breakups with the three exes were. You can choose to parse conditions in your response and give different responses to each conditional.
Perhaps I could have made it more clear, but the intended implication was that they would be killing themselves because of your relationship, but likewise, you can choose to make the distinction as to whether their deaths would be coincidental and give a response to that as well.
