It's based on the strength of certain battlers, their past battles, the margin they beat their opponents by.
Why else you think @
Wizdumb got a #1 contender shot with a record of 1-0?
If it's based on only records I could just get my 5 next battles with easy opponents.
I'm not sayin it should be me, just sayin that's not how it's done. Look at actual battle leagues.
