Staff votes are concealed for many reasons. To prevent battle swaying. To prevent crying. To prevent any extra nonsensical bullshit that we Already have to deal with on a day to day basis. Be it by so called "trolls", Cheating, etc etc etc...
Every member of the site has 'one' particular incident/situation with a staff member over "Issue A" not running/working/cheating etc etc....
Every staff member has multiple incidents/situations with site members to deal with all day every day. Though ppl give this "sure what do you do?" type of shit, acting/thinking like their issue/situation is the only thing that's going on/wrong at that time.
Having staff votes concealed is more than anything an extra breather from any further cry baby shit from you forum fuckers.
