^Was a joke based on the wording of what he said.
At the same time, the wording is fairly clear on what Wiz said. Lock's problem is he is just back from a harsh ban for something he feels is completely stupid, so when something else he felt was similar came up, he wanted to guage the situations against each other.
You on the other hand probably should have read this situation easily. Imo this isn't an infraction, and shouldn't have even gone to a second opinion.
