ILLoK is the closest thing we have to a Heavy, i'd consider him Heavy for this era, with Vitty and GG a close second for Heavys. Then there's a lot of Mid tier and upper mid tier cats. More dudes need to take the leap and elevate a level further.

I think Illok has proven himself as a heavyweight. Vitriol is in the process of doing so and is doing a great job. GG will get there if he stays active. Manhattan is probably missing titles, if he got some titles we'd be talking about him more highly. He's underrated IMO.
