The more you do them, the more you get use to them, fam.

We used to (in military training) do 10 and then go into the half press up position and hold it for a min and then do another 10 and so on... shit have you in bits, shaking an shit...holding yourself an inch off the ground. After 6 months of that shit (always being increased) you just get use to them. Great exercise though... They're especially great after doing your 'chest day' in the gym.
