He's nothing more than an attention seeker, and doing what he does is the best way to get the attention he craves on here. Good, bad or indifferent. It doesn't matter as long as his names in the spotlight.
That takes premeditation, and premeditation requires concious effort.
He's a try hard trying his little heart out for attention, and we oblige.
I don't mind him, but that's the truth. That extra thought & struggle to think of something funny or offensive to say creeps into his posts and only serves to stick out like a sore thumb that he's trying his hardest to think of something to say which will have sort of impact, rather than it being his genuine feelings. What I quoted epitomizes that.
He's a lost youth with home and or problems at school in a social capacity making this his outlet for letting off steam, like the internet has for thousands of other lost souls just trying to find their place in life.
He can grow out of it or let it take over who he is the more and more time he spends on the internet in favour of sweeping his real life hurdles under the rug. THEN and only then will he be crazy.
Fortunately he has time on his side.
Only time will tell.
