Thats just the way it is. You're confusing a bunch of people using a play simply because it's easy to think up, with a bunch of people using the same play because they heard someone else use it.

Just because someone used the same play as someone else doesn't always mean they heard it off someone else.

Plus it's about the extent and quantity

For instance using "Judo" as a play isn't a bite for me. a bite is taking more than 1 word. a bite is taking a set up and play word for word or slightly re worded.

Taking the Judo play then using a different set up and stamping your own mark on it isn't biting, it's flipping.

And flipping or a lack of creativity have never been bannable offences.
