for a professional mic. i would suggest condenser. your not gonna find any better quality then a condenser mic and 24 bit audio quality. now with the condenser mic your also going to require a digital track recorder with built in phantom power or a usb audio interface with built in phantom power. if u cant find it built in u can find a phantom power adaptor for about 40 bucks extra. but for 80 bucks just go get your ass a straight up usb audio mic. ittl sound good, but not great.

btw i was never one to fuck with pro tools. wont nothing sound better then working off an actual digital track recorder and sound board.
