Yu good Lock .. as a whole North America is not in wartime action! We are at peace-time. And the future plan is to solve world issues either diplomatically .. if this fails .. then limit the potential for human casualties as possible. You could see yourself deployed somewhere but nowhere near the extent as the "10 Year War"
