How often are all of you mods getting PMs asking for vote deletions and all that? nowhere near as often as you were when the site was bigger.
What you should do is make a thread listing every mod the site has outlining the duties each one has so that people know who to PM when somethin goes down....to give someone else a green name and a usertitle is ridiculous at this point
