Basic and played wordplay is unforgivable. I was guilty of it in the past but now I can't fucking stand it. I see so many awful wordplays, even from vets, and when I did it in the past I was called out for it; so therefore I stopped. However, I saw it consistently in other people's verses and nobody kicked up a fuss.

To exhibit creativity and versatility in a battle, you just HAVE to be a good schemer. I don't see creativity in a verse that doesn't hold a scheme, doesn't interest me. I like people stretching schemes to their limit, it was Huey vs. Anon Poet that made me realise that: Although there wasn't anything immensely complex about the verse, the continuity of the schemes really display how much of a creative and imaginative writer they are, poetically and conceptually.
