If you put someone in the card, and their opponent no shows, and if u don't give them a win, that delays their rising up in the card. Not their fault their opponent no-showed imo, they shouldn't be punished by acting like they never signed up, because then it takes longer for them to climb the card if their opponents keep no-showing
