But he KEEPS cheating. That is the issue and staff being buddy buddy with him when he's on time out, payed or un payed, what ever way you dress it sends out all the wrong signals. You (generally speaking) might not realise it but you're (generally speaking) cosigning his behavior.

And for the last time, I will address the Grizz issue... Since alot of these spoon fed, uppity, back stabbin people don't get it...

Where I come from... When my peoples get locked up for something... he does his time... we send pictures, letters, and still support... still stay loyal... WHILE HE's PAYIN HIS DEBT to the system... We never turn our backs.. NEVER. When he comes home, its still fam...

This isn't the "streets". You have a responsibility to the site and the people who don't cheat, not him or anyone else who does/has done what he's done. Fuck him. Your job is to deal with and remove cheaters from the site, not dapping them and sending them written letters of moral support while their serving their time.
