I'm just saying as a volunteer, I don't see any obligations to behavior or actions. Letsbeef isn't all that big. Apple is huge. Really it comes up to what the owner is comfortable having on his staff. Clearly Pugz is good with the situation, so I don't see the issue.

Lots of LB users don't even use the forums. I really don't think something like this has much impact on new users.
