Stipulations of the black movement

Hey man, I was wondering. I really do like the idea of a Tutorials forum, for the newcomers and what not. I was wondering if a sticky-tutorial on the basics of text rap would be appreciated? I could stay busy making tutorials on constructing multies, concepts, exercises on how to keep schemes etc. Is that allowed or is it a bit 'spoonfeedy'? Get back to me.
