I guess rule number 9 implies name play is allowed, because since it states account name changing means disqualification, it might mean this rule is trying to prevent people on the right side from receiving a verse, noticing a name play for their name, & so they change their name to prevent the nameplay attack. This rule prevents that, & just might imply nameplay is allowed.
