Tips for writing multisyllable?

I just grasped the basics I feel in my writing and looking to elevate my flow so I want to start writing multisyllable so anyone have any tips?

this is a BATTLE bro u add multies for fillers if u wanna get extra mean............but i would work on ur punches........just by finding ways to make fun of someone by refering to somthing else......heres a multi two or more rhymed words together in sequence like sayin.......this racist white fat wack black sucks sacks cracks Crack splats attacks acts fact exact multi sylable is just like that but with starting a word with a sylable like well the world BENSON's' syllable~penicle~senicle~expendeble~chemical~ wanna be ~fistable~physical~livable~mystical~visible idiot............and there u go easy just like a multi just from a world thatsmore than one syllable..............

Here's what you do....get some really good Chronic, smoke some, and rhyme more then 1 syllable at a time.....like instead of kick,flick,quick....make it- High kick, lights flick, rhyme quick etc then eventually you'll be rhyming 4+ syllables
