Where did my battle go?

I've heard other people saying it but it never happened to me until now, but i recorded a battle and had it posted for around an hour now its gone. I put this under exclusive help since i'm paying the monthly fee i'd appreciate some feedback on the problem.

I've had two text battles just dissapear lately... shit's no good!
