Why Does RULE's First One Bar Tournament Have A Title Attached But The Second One Doesn't?
And Why Does RULE's First And Third Tag Team Tourney Have A Title Attached But Not The Second One?

You know why clown shoes .... You were staff back then.... When we only gave titles out to one tournament a year .... Rule wanted to run more forum tournaments ... But only one a year was official
