Being as big in the west, this is the biggest loss to me since Ive been into rap music. A true legend of the game and someone who managed to bring something new and different to the game whilst still keeping it true as it was. RIP big nate.

Stu, as much of an asshole as I am, and as obvious youa re being (hence the ignoring), this is a Nate thread, so I'm not rising to it man.

first off.....RIP to this man and respect to the family..

but alot of cats are laying it on a lil thick..dude was in NO WAY a pioneer of anything...he was indeed an integral part of the West Coast movement....but lets not get too far carried away..because that only serves to belittle the true legends in the game.

R.I.P. Nate Dogg. The west won't be the same without you. You always had love in Chicago. There will never be another...

Krhyme, I've said the same thing a million times. Pimp C and Proof were like covered in tears by rap fans and it was like "They werent THAAAAAT big or influenctial". I love my westcoast music as you know so to me personally he was a massivle legend. He never influenced too much but to me he is in all of the best songs.
