yes. awhile ago i was trying to get myself banned so i obviously bit. provided the link myself. nothing happened, cept i lost the battle.
Have you ever recycled?
used to back before it was actually a bannable offence. since then have only recycled concepts on noobs.

Have you ever bit a concept but changed it around a little?
when i get bad writers block, i peep people like RemarK and Ricans battles for inspiration. not sure if that counts.
