please please...

So everybody tells me my 'flow' is off when I spit over a beat... It usually sounds ok to me but I know I'm wrong....

I keep trying but somethings not clicking in my head.

I learn best by breaking things down into a science. Please try to explain how to flow over a beat as technically as you can. Examples would be great too.

I really appreciate your time and help everyone...

simple solution remove part of the equation. your flow+beat=problem now follow your order of operations to isolate the variable and change the equation. in algebra you learned to do the opposite operation and what are you left with? f+b now become f-b. in other words if flowing off beat is the problem start flowing accapella and create your own rhythm. war & peace.

I like that logic.... Much respect but tha only problem is I have personal goals to use beats... but what I'ma try is do acapella for a while and I'm sure it'll help.

I really appreciate tha advice Black Sampson. thanks brotha.
