Urban just hasen't been on in a week or so and I thought that giving 2 weeks for sign ins and rd.2 sign ups then the tournament would be done and we could get on with it. I have the brackets pre-changes written up if you want to see them. There will be quite a few changes because i try to minimize the amount one person is battling a week, so if they are in 2 divisions trying to limit that to one division, so with the exclusion of dizz and young lambo, there will be some changes.
