Lockhart tainting my battles

He gave me an autoloss because I didn't follow the dudes 'topic'. Not once, nor anywhere does it say that this battle is a topical battle. He says to rhyme Coronavirus 6 times, the word Topical DOES NOT appear in the text though. I've messaged the dude 4 times asking him to link me to the rule in the forums where it says a battle is an autoloss if the acceptor dosen't follow exactly what a dude writes in the description box. I've been here 11 in a half years and never have I seen someone get an autoloss for that shit, nor have I ever been made aware of this rule


I've also asked Lockhart to delete the battle if there is a rule as such, as I was not made aware of it nor have I ever seen this rule posted in the forums like other new rules
