Welcome to the resurgence of King of the Ring! If you missed the introduction thread, King of the Ring is an 8-man, single-elimination, forum tournament that will pin both newcomers and veterans against each other in a sudden-death style 1-bar tournament.

The following contestants have opted to participate.

The tournament structure will follow the seed-placing system, ranking each battler according to their record.

idk what's going on with Sean Griffey but he doesn't seem to be active. If he doesn't show up soon I reckon we could sort this out ourselves pretty easily. Assuming we're structuring each round with the highest seed facing the lowest seed, the next round would be

God The Reptilian (1) vs Wretched (6)
Rai (2) vs Kiwi Peewee (5)

If the four of us agreed on a deadline it wouldn't need much else to make happen as far as I can see. Does anyone have any thoughts?

That's all well and good. But, I'm in it for the prizes.

Edit: I'm not saying I won't still battle. But, the big reason I signed up was for those reasons.

Sorry guys. Had to take care of a few things and they took up a lot of my free time. The brackets continued by Kiwi Peewee look solid, and we can move forward with that if you all are already set on those opponents.

Sounds dope, I don't think there's much of a need for deadlines with 4 active battlers in a one-bar tournament, does anyone want to set a particular deadline?

Since being back, I've tried tracking down the results of the most recent battles but have had little luck. What is the state of the tournament? Is there a finals match set up? Or should I just resume from where I left off?
