The poll is simple. Is closing my thread posted in the picture above, and deleting it for the subsequent reason a misuse of moderator powers?
In conjunction with the above, there are several times where g u t s has claimed that "I'm a cancer." That he'll "never be cool with me."
In my opinion, there is a clear personal vendetta on his part against me, resulting in the deletion of my thread.

Guts is right. I did leave a lot out. Like his EXPLICITLY telling me that he would avoid me, and leave me alone as long as I stayed active. Literally THE DAY before deleting my threads for no reason.

I personally don’t see why the thread had to be deleted. Rant requests for his work to not be on there I’d think they’d respect that and remove it and that could be the end of it no harm no foul. I wouldn’t know why they’d purposely continue to put it on there if he’s asked politely for it to be removed. It’s got nothin to do with legality, just common sense. All this sending screenshot shit doesnt need to be be done.

a soft delete allows the date to be restored. so if staff wanted to restore the post, i made sure to allow for that.
a hard delete would have destroyed the data.
think of it more like removed and erased.
but i think you already knew this, you're just trying to cause issues

For this particular thread, I don’t see a reason why it shouldn’t be deleted. If they got your message and acknowledged the request then it is what it is. This tbh could have just been Resolved personally and it was another shot at the admins just to add to the shit they’ve been getting lately. I’ve seen numerous other forums that threads are closed when the topics at hand are answered. This basically is the same thing.
With that said, Pugz, ‘show me the right to the tracks’ is immature as fuck bro. At the end of the day it’s his hard work and he has a right not to want you to play them. Ye ok, he uploaded them on the platform that belongs to you which ironically, it’s like you are taking ownership of it just because of it. As you’ve said in the past, lb is a free to use platform and therefore, you are not obliged to cater to what your members want. Then again, at least be respectful to those that posted shit to keep this platform alive in your hiatus. Be respectful and you shall receive respect my guy

Threads should be archived so we can keep up with their bullshit. Never delete threads. Resolved or not they should remain a point of future referance
