What I love is hes not actually done anything yet. Fixed up a little bit here and there. And STILL youre seeing activity rocket up from before.

Talking to x, I have confidence in his current approach and focus. When the fixes are complete, and X is given the opportunity to actually innovate new ideas and "change" thing, I think we'll get back a lot of the qualities we lost.

X just said in chat that battle drafting and formatting is coming soon. Meaning we'll soon be able to italicize, bold, or underline our bars in a forum-esque manner to aid in faster/more reliable understandability for readers.

I'm pretty hyped, but this is definitely going to create some cluttered looking verses lol. Not that I give a shit, I kind of just want something new to play with.

Yeah those are going to be an eyesore lol but it'd be new and could possibly make the breakdown of verses more effective as in theory, I'd say you'd see the end of the punchline in bold and compared to the mid or initial rhyming partner also in bold, slanted rhymes in italics and maybe the set up underlined and this way we'll see more thought process between the verses, "Oh they thought that rhymed with that and that set-up connected those 2 punches", etc.

Idk could be cool and yes it's nice to see some more people around here, I've accepted I like an audience, otherwise this shit is pointless but that's in most hobbies, validation, etc. I'm rambling, yay #LBRivival

Ha! There were two sides of this site. The ones that solely focus on rank, and those that focused on quality (usually the forumers). That said, didn't Orthadox get a lot better during the end of his time here? And if I remember rightly H-Nigga was actually quite good when he wanted to be he just sniped a lot and was a troll.

SEO and Mobile-Friendliness are going to be such important factors moving forwards. I haven't looked at the SEO but this site could definitely improve on the mobile front. That said the IM improvements were a good step forwards and I hope they're signs of things to come.

How about a small optional textbox under each verse that allows people to post their expos ( so you don't have to read another verse before going to check the expo in the comments) ? Let say that before you submit your verse you get a tickbox that says would you like to provide an expo? @X and @Everyone else

I'm not such a fan of that idea. I was always taught that a good verse shouldn't need an expo. If I post one now it's as minimal as possible. I think that would encourage people to expo more which might encourage bad things (poor wording) etc. Just my 2 cents.

Google prob has some tracking thing though. They know that whenever you googled that you go to letsbeef, so they customize that search for you and always put it near the top. But if someone googles that for the first time and hasn't clicked on any of the results before, it might be different. Idk
