Civil War should be good. Interesting idea cause they've build that concept for a while. Agents of Shield have played with it ad in previous films Cap and Stark seemed to clash over similar concepts. New avengers Vs Stark and whoever he can convince should be interesting. Spiderman takes Captain's shield but he's going to have a weird role throughout. I doubt he's fully Stark. Doesn't Stark want superhero identities revealed? I know Hawkeye and Spiderman immediately would have trouble with that.
