Let me make some things clear
1) Anyone who has a battle which hasn't been responded to can get a mod to delete it. If it's not your battle in which you have dropped a verse, they don't have to notify you of shit.
2) If you have a legitimate issue with the way a staff member has has handled something, your best recourse is to take it up with administration, otherwise we may look at it as something different.
3) I'm about to see whether I'm wasting my time

It's not bending the rules for any member. Anyone has a right to have their battle (which hasn't been responded to) deleted. Even you, if you sent a battle to someone who hasn't responded yet and noticed a typo or something you wanted to change before resend it, or for whatever other reason, you have a right to have it erased. If it was a battle where both people have posted and it has received votes, that would be a different story. If you want to battle Bnas so bad, why don't you send him whatever you were going to respond with?
