ROTY '14 SIGNUPS

ALL RIGHT this is the official signups... and i've decided to add something new for this year due to lack of quality true rookies that signed up this year... so to improve competition , im allowing old members that never experienced their own ROTY in as long as they fit the following requirements:

1. they cannot have dropped more than 5 battles in their own original account rookie year, zero battles in between,and have dropped at least 20 battles in the CURRENT CALENDER YEAR that the ROTY they want to participate in is held...and also be very active currently in general(voting , forums etc..) and i will check for multi accounts, so dont fuck around, be honest, and appreciate this opportunity to compete in something you never got to when you first started....

ACTUAL ROOKIES OF THIS YEAR MUST MEET THIS REQUIREMENT:
MUST HAVE BEEN A MEMBER FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS OF THE CALENDER YEAR

if i recall, wasnt there a rookie champion who won the title by voting via poll? if so, and because of lack of real rookies, we should resort to that just for this year




Ambitious flow and akrid arts got it via poll, so it should at least be considered in this case
