Sounds legit. however, can't really say it is unless the video was posted somewhere else at an earlier date. Con dropped that 2007, video was posted in 2011. For all you know, It could be the other way around which sounds crazy now that I think of it

I was listenin to a Cassidy interview on Dizaster and decided to look up his freestyles. I immediately paused the video after hearing it knowing I heard it from Con and knowing it was on Lb somewhere
