When you have a site with low population it's not a good idea to cut the population even more, atleast i'm guessing thats why.

ban battles are stupid...we're trying to promote activity and a larger member base...what sense would it make to allow members to get each other banned for battling...I also think a year name change would have tha same negative effect...a month name change should suffice just fine...just my opinion tho
